Formación

• Enrolled and pursuing a BS in Finance, Accounting or Administration.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries (via email or phone).
• Provide support on call-backs to get more details about customer inquiries.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team for further assistance when necessary.
• Monitor customer feedback and elevate unresolved concerns to team leaders.
• Help maintain and update customer databases.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
