Fortinet, Inc. is seeking an experienced network security professional to analyze customer networks, propose configurations, and deliver knowledge transfers such as webinars or workshops. The role prioritizes customer service, strong English communication, and travel readiness.

You will collect and analyze network data, evaluate packet traces, and recommend actions while coordinating with customers in the LATAM region. A CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or CISSP certification is highly preferred.

Formación

• Five years of relevant professional experience in the network industry is required.
• Strong networking and security skills, plus good communications.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and propose changes to configuration information
• Collect and analyze customer network information
• Collect and analyze packet trace information
• Recommend actions based on analysis
• Educate customers with knowledge transfer like webinars or workshops
• Provide software recommendations and run bug scrubs reports
• Test upgrades in a lab environment and report results
• Develop best practice deployment and troubleshooting documentation
• Follow up on technical cases and manage expectations until closure
• Conduct weekly status calls with customers to report status of open issues and projects
• Prepare quarterly reports for managed accounts
• Provide direct technical email and phone support to LATAM customers
• Analyze support requests and complete information/documentation requests
• Exercise independent judgment in methods and evaluation criteria to obtain results
