Fortinet, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a field sales engineer to drive pre-sales activities and close cybersecurity solutions with customers. You will be the main technical resource on calls, qualify leads, present features, and coordinate with engineering and support teams.

We value deep networking knowledge, wireless and security expertise, and strong communication skills to translate complex tech into business value for clients across Latin America.

Formación

• Minimum field sales with technical grasp of networking and security.
• Experience in pre-sales supporting customers and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-sales: qualify sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Sales calls: be the main technical resource on calls and educate customers on features and integration.
• Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
• Post-sales: lead technical contact for identified accounts with support teams.
• Provide post-sales training to identified customers.

Wireless site surveys

Wireless authentication

DNS/NFS/SMTP/HTTP/TCP-IP

Routing/Switching/VPN

Security protocols (RADIUS, PKI, IKE)

Certifications: CCIE/CISSP
