Backbase in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to oversee a portfolio of customer accounts during post-implementation support of the Backbase platform. You will be the main technical contact, translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders and advising on strategy with CIO-level audiences.

• 10+ years total experience with 5+ years in Technical Troubleshooting leadership.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience building and designing banking software; digital transformation in financial institutions is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the clients’ overall technical strategy.
• Address product-related queries with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with lead architects and C-level executives.
• Advocate for the client and bring voice of the customer to Backbase.
• Identify opportunities for better product adoption and align requirements with the R&D roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Project Implementation to ensure successful deployments.
• Provide customer feedback to R&D and help identify new features.
