Backbase is seeking a Technical Manager to own a portfolio of customer accounts and lead post-implementation support for the Backbase platform. You will advise both technical teams and C-level executives, ensuring successful digital transformations and high customer satisfaction across multiple accounts.

You will drive technical strategy, address product inquiries, and collaborate with product engineering and implementation teams to deliver lasting value.

Formación

• 10+ years of overall experience with 5 years in technical troubleshooting leadership.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience building and designing banking software; digital transformation in financial institutions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive clients’ overall technical strategy.
• Address product-related queries with product expertise and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects and CIOs.
• Advocate for the client internally and voice customer needs to Backbase.
• Identify opportunities for better product adoption and align requirements with the R&D roadmap.
• Collaborate with R&D to provide customer feedback and identify new features.
• Analyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Project Implementation teams to ensure successful deployments.
