Workatbackbase seeks a seasoned Technical Manager to own a portfolio of customer accounts post-Backbase implementation. You will be the primary technical contact, translating complex requirements for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining strong executive relationships.

You will advise on architecture, product adoption, and roadmap alignment, working with senior leaders and a dedicated Backbase team to ensure successful digital transformations.

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years overall experience and 5+ years leading technical troubleshooting teams.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with banking software or digital transformation projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the client's overall technical strategy.
• Answer product-related queries across stakeholders within Backbase.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders including architects and executives.
• Advocate for the client and voice customer needs in Backbase.
• Identify opportunities for better product adoption and align requirements with R&D roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Project Implementation teams for successful deployments.
• Gather customer feedback to inform potential new features and roadmap items.
• Work with R&D to understand technical needs and potential product enhancements.
