Backbase is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee a portfolio of customer accounts within our One Support Team. You will serve as the technical contact and guide customers through post-implementation digital transformation, communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Formación

• 10+ years of overall experience with 5 years in Technical Troubleshooting leadership.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience building and designing banking software.
• Experience with Java, Spring, Maven, Gradle, Angular, Kotlin, Cloud Deployments, Docker, Kubernetes and Swift.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to operate with executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive clients’ overall technical strategy.
• Address product-related queries with product expertise and stakeholder alignment.
• Build strong relationships with lead architects and C-level executives.
• Advocate for the client and voice of the customer within Backbase.
• Identify opportunities for better product adoption and align requirements with the R&D roadmap.
• Provide feedback to R&D on potential new features or products.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Project Implementation teams for successful deployments.
