Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Recruiter for JLL Technologies in Mexico to help build and scale our Center of Excellence in Guadalajara. The role targets technical talent across engineering, technology, and business support functions for Mexico operations.

You will own the entire recruiting process, partnering with leadership and HR to drive strategy, build a localized talent pipeline, and position JLL Technologies as an employer of choice in the Guadalajara market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in Mexico, preferably Guadalajara.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with emphasis on hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy.
• Consult with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies for Mexico market.
• Proactively source candidates through advanced methods, including passive talent.
• Coordinate interviews and decision-making across time zones with panelists and leaders.
• Drive offers in collaboration with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams, ensuring market-aligned compensation.
• Create a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.
