Job summary

JLL Technologies in Mexico is seeking a Senior Recruiter to establish and scale our Center of Excellence in Guadalajara. You will own the full-cycle recruitment for engineering, cloud, data, and business-support roles, partnering with global leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build a localized talent pipeline.

In this COE-driven role, you will source top talent, drive the interview and offer process, and advocate for candidates while coordinating across time zones and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in Mexico, preferably in Guadalajara or other major technology hubs.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy.
• Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, understanding technical and business support roles and advising on hiring strategies for the Mexico market.
• Proactively source candidates through advanced methods, engaging passive talent and building a diverse talent pool in Guadalajara and surrounding regions.
• Facilitate interview and hiring decisions with panelists, hiring managers, and leadership across time zones.
• Drive offer process while partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams, ensuring competitive compensation in line with local market standards.
• Create a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer to attract niche talent in a competitive COE landscape.
• Maintain a strong professional network in the Guadalajara tech ecosystem and stay on top of market trends.
• Understand and action recruitment metrics to refine processes and support COE growth.
• Collaborate with global teams to navigate cross-border hiring processes.
