Placements24 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX seeks an IT and Digital Recruitment Specialist to source, engage and place top tech talent for diverse clients.

You will own end-to-end IT recruitment, build a strong talent pipeline, screen candidates, and collaborate with managers. A Spanish-speaking candidate with 3+ years in IT recruitment is ideal; English is a plus, ATS experience required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for a wide range of technology roles.
• Strong understanding of programming languages, software development methods, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Spanish fluency is mandatory; English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and digital roles (developers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, project managers, cybersecurity).
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and team dynamics.
• Build and maintain a robust IT/digital talent pipeline.
• Manage candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Stay updated on tech trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Prepare status reports and present metrics to stakeholders.
