JLL Technologies in Mexico is seeking a Senior Recruiter to establish and scale the Mexico COE in Guadalajara. You will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technology, and business support roles and partner with global leaders.

This role requires 5+ years in technical recruiting, experience building COE or nearshore teams, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will influence hiring strategy and attract top talent in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in Mexico, preferably Guadalajara or other major tech hubs.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with emphasis on hiring manager partnership.
• Advise on hiring strategies tailored to the Mexico market for technical and business-support roles.
• Source passive candidates and build a diverse talent pool in Guadalajara and surrounding regions.
• Coordinate interview panels, facilitate hiring decisions, and drive offers with competitiveness in local market.
