Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to contribute to initiatives that enhance the candidate experience and serve as a talent advisor to the business, managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle from sourcing to hire.

This role requires leveraging TA platforms, ATS/CRM tools, data reporting, and collaboration with partners to attract top talent, ensure legal compliance, and align hiring with corporate objectives and processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Associate's degree and 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience (Master’s = 1 year, Doctorate = 2 years).

Responsabilidades

• Leverages TA programs, policies, processes, and labor laws to source, recruit, hire, onboard, transfer, and disposition candidates.
• Pulls appropriate reports for data-based engagement discussions and communicates requisition-level hiring status to hiring managers.
• Collaborates with partners to attract top talent and ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.
• Applies understanding of sourcing tools and strategies to build a network to hire for multiple workstreams.
