A leading mobility technology platform in Ciudad de México is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Analyst. In this role, you'll support the recruiting team throughout the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to enhancing the candidate experience. With at least 5 years of experience in recruiting and strong communication skills, you'll contribute to various HR projects and collaborate with teams to improve efficiency. Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related areas (internships count).
• Familiarity with ATS systems (Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar) is a plus.
• Advanced English skills needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruiters in the end-to-end hiring process.
• Source and screen candidates for various roles.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Help prepare reports and track progress with data.
• Partner with HR teams to improve processes.
