Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is seeking an experienced IT sourcing professional to own a portfolio of sourcing initiatives and lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract processes in Mexico City. This individual contributor role partners with IT, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to secure strong commercial terms and measurable savings.

The role emphasizes developing category strategies, conducting RFx, and driving timely supplier negotiations while managing risk across IT hardware,

Formación

Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
Associate’s degree and 8+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
Master’s or Doctorate may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Responsabilidades

Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and business leaders to align sourcing outcomes with priorities.
Build and execute IT sourcing strategies to maximize value and mitigate risk.
Lead RFx events end-to-end: scope, tender construction, evaluation, and award recommendations.
Use spend analytics and cost models to present decision-ready options with trade-offs.
Negotiate contracts aligned with corporate standards to protect value.
Drive cross-functional execution and manage portfolio deadlines.
