Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and 6+ years in sourcing, with at least 1 year in leadership and experience in matrixed organizations.

• Experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, provides, and executes sourcing strategies across the HR category.
• Negotiates supplier agreements and drives procurement to completion.
• Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams to align on tech, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Manages complex supplier negotiations and contract strategy.
