Job summary

Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruiting in Mexico City. You will source, engage, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

The role requires collaboration with the HR group, reporting on requisition metrics, and leveraging ATS/CRM tools to build a talent network across multiple workstreams. Onsite work five days a week in Mexico City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience
• Associate's degree with 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience
• High School Diploma with 7+ years Talent Acquisition experience
• Completed advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, hire, onboard, transfer, and disposition candidates compliantly
• Pull reports for data-based engagement and update requisition status
• Collaborate with partners inside and outside the team to attract top talent and ensure compliance
• Apply understanding of tools (ATS, CRM) to build a network for multiple workstreams
