Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across Mexico and the United States. The role combines proactive sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and recruiting expertise with onboarding support for Mexico-based hires.

Based in Mexico, you will work with hiring managers and HR partners to attract high-quality talent, while ensuring compliance and data integrity in the ATS. The position may involve international recruiting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting multiple functions and managing competing hiring priorities.
• Excellent sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; on-site Mexico onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Guide managers with market insights and recruiting data.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Coordinate documentation and onboarding for Mexico-based hires.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in the ATS and comply with processes.
