Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Studio Manager to join our global team, partnering with the Head of Resourcing and on-site teams across the Western timezone to source talent and manage resource requests.

You will screen freelance candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and support onboarding while helping develop best practices in resource management and ensuring high performance across accounts.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Studio Manager in an advertising or staffing agency setting.
• At least 5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a creative environment.
• Proven ability to attract hard-to-find candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the creative agency landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen top creative talent for Western time zone roles.
• Manage and triage resource requests across the business.
• Screen candidates from freelance pool for skill and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and discipline leads.
• Negotiate freelance rates and terms.
• Support onboarding of freelancers.
• Collaborate in developing and implementing best practices for resource management.
• Foster relationships with on-site teams for cultural fit and high performance.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for flexible scaling.
• Provide outstanding service to internal and partner teams.
