the rec hub. is partnering with a fast-growing global consumer tech business in Mexico City to lead talent acquisition across non-tech verticals. The Senior Talent Partner will work embedded with the client and shape leadership hiring, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, map talent, build pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while helping scale the organization over the next 12 months.

Formación

• In-house talent acquisition experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience hiring across Sales, Marketing, Finance and People.
• Strong search and talent mapping capabilities to build pipelines.

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Partner to support a high-growth global consumer technology business as they scale their team.

We are partnering with them to support hiring across their core non-tech verticals such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience and People/HR.

This role sits within our delivery team but works embedded with the client, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape the next layer of leadership in the organisation.

Your work will be visible, commercially important, and central to how the company scales.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring across multiple business areas, from briefing and talent mapping through to offer and close.
• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months

What You Bring

• Strong experience in in-house talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple verticals including Sales, Marketing, Finance and People.
• Excellent search and talent mapping capability, with the ability to build targeted pipelines
