The/Studio is looking for a high-energy Senior Creative Specialist to manage inbound sales and foster long-term client relationships. You'll own the full sales cycle, guiding leads through their production journey and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The role offers flexible compensation with uncapped commissions, with top performers earning up to $4500 OTE monthly. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of consultative sales experience and exceptional communication skills.

Formación

• 2-5 years of recent, quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a consultative sales role.
• Proven track record of handling high-volume inbound leads in a tech or service-based environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for consulting via video calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full inbound sales cycle and guide leads through their production journey.
• Build and manage a healthy book of repeat accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Lead Generation, Production, and Design teams for accurate execution.
