Job summary

Jacuzzi Group is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join the Accounting & Finance team. You will handle daily accounting, general ledger maintenance, and compliance with travel and expense policies. The role emphasizes month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The position requires 2–4 years in accounting, a bachelor’s degree, and bilingual English. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite or Infor is essential. This is a 100% remote opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience; internship or corporate accounting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Bilingual: English (advanced).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite, Infor).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments per U.S. GAAP.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on schedule.
• Assist with month-end close and year-end close.
• Support preparation of financial statements, internal reports, and audit schedules.
• Perform bank account reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
• Review expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist internal/external audits with documentation and controls.
