Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead software delivery across multiple teams and regions. You will manage scope, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in software project management, experience with fixed deadlines, risk tracking, and strong client-facing reporting skills. You will collaborate with US and LATAM teams, ensuring milestone-based progress and excellent results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering fixed deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing reporting.
• Experience with Jira or Asana and Agile/Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
