Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for clients across the Americas. You will coordinate multi-stream projects, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure delivery against fixed external deadlines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and drive risk management and change control while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software development projects from planning to delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage scope, budgets, and timelines; forecast and report status to clients and leadership.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and dependencies, ensuring contracts and SLAs are met.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
