Bluelight Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead software development initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery across multiple workstreams. You will manage client expectations, coordinate vendor dependencies, and apply risk and change-control practices to keep projects on track.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and overlap US business hours as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation through delivery.
