Bluelight is seeking a seasoned project management consultant to lead software delivery for a diverse client portfolio. You will oversee scope, budgets, timelines, and multi-team coordination to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will communicate with executives and stakeholders, manage external deadlines, and apply best practices in risk, dependency, and change control. This role supports nearshore US-LATAM delivery with flexible, remote work options.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with risk management.
• Experience coordinating client dependencies and vendor timelines.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Strong ability translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end software project delivery for clients.
• Manage scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across concurrent workstreams.
• Maintain risk registers and change-control processes.
• Provide client-facing status reporting and governance.
