Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Sr. Software Engineer to drive end-to-end solution delivery for major retail platforms. You will own hands-on implementation, engagement leadership with clients, and operational ownership from design to post-release support.

You will drive Dual-Track Agile processes and mentor teams while applying AI/agent workflows across the software lifecycle. The role requires strong retail platform domain knowledge, cloud-native development experience,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development with hands-on coding and prototyping.
• 5+ years building cloud-native, microservices, or event-driven systems.
• Experience in Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, React/Vue.
• Experience owning end-to-end solution delivery including design and post-release accountability.
• Strong experience with REST/OpenAPI, messaging, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on proficiency with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end solution delivery across Discovery and Delivery Tracks.
• Build validated prototypes and contribute to formal designs.
• Lead architectural decisions and trade-offs in client engagements.
• Mentor engineers and promote AI-assisted development practices.
• Ensure security, scalability, and observability requirements are met.
• Provide technical leadership and reviews for implementation teams.
