Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to drive end-to-end solution delivery for major retail platforms.

You will own hands-on implementation (feature development, technical design, code reviews), engagementleadership (client-facing technical lead, trade-off decisions, mentoring), and operational ownership (delivery sign-off, post-release support) of high-impact solutions, translating business requirements into working software you help build.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development with hands-on coding.
• 5+ years cloud-native, microservices, or event-driven systems on Azure or similar.
• Strong Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, React/Vue, and end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Experience with REST/OpenAPI, messaging, and relational/non-relational databases.
• Proficient with CI/CD, containers, Docker, Kubernetes, testing, and AI/agent workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery across Discovery and Delivery Tracks and ship implementations.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices.
• Lead client engagements: workshops, trade-off decisions, and technical solutions.
• Drive AI/agentic workflows, prototyping, design, and documentation across lifecycle.
• Ensure security, scalability, observability, and architectural integrity.
