Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to contribute to design, development, testing, and support of modern retail platforms and solutions. You will work with senior engineers, architects, and product teams in a Dual-Track Agile environment, delivering production-ready software.

The ideal candidate actively develops code, embraces AI-assisted development, and owns solutions from implementation through production support, collaborating across engineering teams

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.
• 3-4 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building and supporting cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, debug, and support software solutions for retail and enterprise platforms.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and test generation.
• Participate in discovery activities by evaluating requirements and building proof of concepts.
• Implement user stories, technical tasks, integrations, and API enhancements within Agile delivery teams.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to apply architectural patterns and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and deployment guidance.
• Participate in code reviews and resolve defects and production issues.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability practices.
