Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to drive end-to-end solution delivery for major retail platforms. You will own hands-on implementation, engagement leadership, and operational ownership of high-impact solutions, translating business requirements into working software across the software lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on software development with daily coding and prototyping.
• 5+ years cloud-native or microservices experience with Azure or similar.
• Proven end-to-end delivery ownership for medium-to-large projects.
• Experience with REST/OpenAPI, databases, and messaging platforms.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, containers, and AI-assisted tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery across Discovery and Delivery Tracks.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Lead client engagements with technical workshops and trade‑offs.
• Develop prototypes and translate discovery into backlog items.
• Ensure design intent, quality standards, and non‑functional requirements.
