Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a senior software engineer to drive end-to-end delivery for retail platforms. You will code daily, prototype rapidly, and lead AI-assisted development across the lifecycle, mentoring teams and ensuring quality and architectural integrity.

Responsibilities include ownership of Discovery and Delivery Tracks, design work, ADRs, API contracts, and stakeholder alignment while delivering robust, scalable software in a cloud-native environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional software development with daily hands-on coding.
• 5+ years cloud-native, microservices, or event-driven systems (Azure or equivalent).
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery including design, implementation and post-release accountability.
• Strong REST/OpenAPI, messaging, and SQL/NoSQL database experience.
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI/agentic workflows familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end solution delivery across Discovery and Delivery Tracks.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and leadership.
• Lead client engagements as technical lead, driving workshops and trade-offs.
• Develop critical components in modern retail platform stacks with strong code quality.
