Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Lead Software Engineer to drive end-to-end solution delivery for major retail platforms. The role combines hands-on coding, technical design, and client-facing leadership across Discovery and Delivery tracks, with a focus on AI-assisted development and responsible governance.

You will mentor teams, own design and delivery sign-off, and deliver cloud-native solutions using Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, React/Vue, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• 8–10 years of professional software development with daily coding and prototyping.
• 5+ years building cloud-native, microservices, or event-driven systems on Azure or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, React/Vue; proven end-to-end delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end solution delivery across Discovery and Delivery Tracks; build validated prototypes and ship implementations.
• Drive Discovery Track under Dual-Track Agile with feasible prototypes and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor engineers, review work, and lead client engagements as primary technical lead.
• Ensure design intent, code quality, and non-functional requirements across projects.
