• 5+ years’ experience in ServiceNow ITAM implementation.
• 3+ HAM/SAM implementations as Developer.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAM tools and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and configure HAM OOB processes end-to-end, including procurement intake and asset deployment.
• Configure stockrooms, inventory movement, asset check-in/check-out and related controls.
• Set up Hardware Models, Manufacturers, and standardization rules.
• Ensure CMDB alignment and data quality for asset records.
