Infosys is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HAM/SAM Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable HAM and SAM Pro solutions. You will ensure accurate asset lifecycle management and compliance across modules including Procure → Deploy → Maintain → Retire.

You will lead design, configuration, and integration efforts with third‑party tools (SCCM, Flexera, Jamf, Intune), while ensuring data integrity in CMDB, Assets, and Discovery.

Formación

• Strong hands-on HAM and SAM Pro experience in ServiceNow.
• Expertise in CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping (nice to have).
• Proficient in JavaScript and Glide APIs for ServiceNow scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of HAM & SAM Pro solutions.
• Configure Asset Lifecycle and SAM Pro features (Licensing, Reconciliation).
• Develop business rules, client scripts, workflows; integrate with SCCM, Flexera, Jamf.
