Open iT, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Pro Implementation Lead to manage LATAM ServiceNow SAM Pro implementations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with assignments, translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring compliance and efficiency. The role demands fluency in English and Spanish, along with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

This position involves leading the implementation lifecycle, assessing current asset management processes, and representing Open iT at industry events.

Formación

• Proven hands-on experience implementing multiple ServiceNow SAM Pro projects.
• Strong understanding of software license models and IT asset lifecycle.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting and workflow development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation and optimization of ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM modules.
• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Develop integrations, workflows, and dashboards for accurate asset data.
