KION Group is building a new IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Mexico, to support global IT transformations. The ServiceNow Developer will contribute to IT Services delivered by KION Group IT and collaborate with the Platform Global Team on configuration, integration, and enhancements.

The role requires experience in ServiceNow deployments, ITSM/CSM, and working with international teams. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions including ITSM/CSM.
• At least 5–8 years IT/ITSM tool experience with 5+ years as a ServiceNow developer.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration across enterprise platforms and middleware.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile project methodology.
• Fluent English; German would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
• Support platform governance and development aligned with the roadmap.
• Provide training and act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders.
