Fortress - Law Firm Marketing is seeking a Senior SEO Account Manager to own relationships for a portfolio of 15-30 law firms and medical practices. You’ll lead strategy discussions and ensure clients understand the value we deliver while reporting to the VP.

This role emphasizes client communication, yet you’ll apply hands-on SEO knowledge to lead strategy conversations, explain results, and spot problems early. Fully remote position with growth potential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of SEO experience at an agency.
• Proven track record of managing and retaining clients.
• Strong working knowledge of Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Excellent written and spoken English; you'll be speaking with US attorneys and doctors daily.
• Organized, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple accounts.
• Available to work 9am-5pm, or 8am-4pm US Eastern Time.

• Manage a portfolio of 15-30 attorney and physician clients.
• Lead monthly strategy calls and walkthrough results with clients.
• Translate SEO data into clear, plain-English recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure on-time, on-target deliverables.
• Identify at-risk accounts early and turn them around.
• Spot opportunities to expand services where it helps the client.
• Keep client communication fast, professional, and proactive.
