GlobalTeam in Mexico is seeking a senior-level SEO Specialist to lead strategy and execution across about 20 client accounts in medical, dental, and legal industries. You will own end-to-end SEO performance, including 12-month roadmaps, budget management, and mentorship of analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience in agency or multi-account environment.
• Experience leading SEO initiatives across multiple industries (legal, medical, dental).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 12-month SEO strategies for assigned clients.
• Lead bi-annual QA reviews across all accounts.
• Manage client communications and strategy calls.
• Drive client retention and campaign success outcomes.
• Lead local SEO and link-building initiatives.
• Prepare and present client-facing reports and SEO case studies.
• MentorSEO specialists and analysts and foster teamwork.
