Fulcrum Digital seeks a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to lead automation for AI-powered agent-based systems. This hands-on role combines engineering rigor with quality strategy in production-grade environments.

You will design scalable frameworks, validate non-functional requirements, and partner with software engineers, PMs, and data/AI teams to ship reliable software. Strong Playwright, Java/Python, and CI/CD expertise are required; leadership and mentoring across teams

Formación

• Hands-on framework design and coding.
• Experience with LLM evaluation and agent guardrail testing.
• Playwright for UI and end-to-end automation.
• Performance, resiliency, and observability testing for AI systems.
• Testing APIs, integration flows, and CI/CD quality gates.
• Knowledge of retrieval-based systems and non-deterministic test patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end quality engineering for agentic applications and APIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Define test strategies for AI and agent-based systems.
• Build automated quality gates for CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data/AI teams to ensure quality from design to production.
• Mentor team members on automation and quality best practices.
