British American Tobacco Mexico is seeking a SAP Basis Service Manager in Monterrey to oversee BAU service operations for Global Enterprise Platforms in the Americas. You will manage incidents, monitoring, and automation while driving continuous improvement and Sox/compliance efforts.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in complex IT services, SAP Basis and ERP experience, ITIL knowledge, and strong vendor management skills, with English proficiency for cross‑regional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field and 5+ years managing complex IT services.
• Strong SAP Basis administration, performance monitoring, system maintenance and technical support.
• Experience with global IT service delivery models, in-sourced and outsourced services.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day BAU service operations for Global Enterprise Platforms in the Americas.
• Lead incident and major incident management, system monitoring, and automation improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement, problem management and SOx/compliance activities.
