Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant – Core (Sales & Service Cloud) in Mexico City.

You will lead end-to-end migrations from legacy CRMs to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, configuring platform components and implementing integrations under guidance. You will mentor junior consultants, build automated processes, and ensure governance and data quality as part of the Migration Factory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud with migration/implementation.
• Experience with client-facing teams under architect guidance.
• Mentoring junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build Sales Cloud/Service Cloud components (Leads, Cases, Service Console).
• Build declarative automation and customizations (Flow, Apex, SOQL, LWC).
• Execute data migration per blueprint using Data Loader/ETL tools.
• Configure security models (profiles, roles, sharing).
• Design integrations via REST/SOAP and middleware.
• Prepare and execute test plans and go-live readiness.
