Responsibilities include defining the technical vision, guiding developers, and communicating with client managers to ensure IT strategy meets organizational objectives. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise and leadership experience.

Formación

• 8+ years in technology roles with Salesforce focus.
• 3+ years in leadership roles overseeing large teams.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce platforms and core clouds.
• Experience leading 20+ person teams and 5 full-cycle projects.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the technical vision for Salesforce implementations.
• Guide developers and staff in building scalable, high-performing solutions.
• Communicate requirements and IT strategy with client managers and teams.
• Educate technology teams on new frameworks and best practices.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage risks and inform decisions with stakeholders.
• Oversee ongoing activities and translate designs into IT solutions.
• Ensure delivery of new features and refactoring.
