EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Architect to shape the technical direction of Salesforce solutions and align them with business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include defining the technical vision, guiding developers, and communicating with client managers to ensure IT strategy meets organizational objectives. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise and leadership experience.

Formación

• 8+ years in technology roles with Salesforce focus.
• 3+ years in leadership roles overseeing large teams.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce platforms and core clouds.
• Experience leading 20+ person teams and 5 full-cycle projects.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of Salesforce solutions and ensuring they align with business goals.
