About the Role:

An international leader in the maritime and freight forwarding industry is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to boost export growth in Monterrey and surrounding areas. This role requires a strong commercial drive, strategic client management, and active field prospecting.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with BCO and NVO clients.
• Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client visits per week.
• Identify new business opportunities and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and top-quality service.
• Prepare and present commercial reports and sales updates.
• TSU or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years’ sales experience in the ocean shipping / shipping companies
• Intermediate–Advanced English (B2–C1).
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel (intermediate), and Office Suite.
• Availability to travel within the region.
