The Hershey Company in Tijuana, Mexico, seeks a Sales Representative for Pelon US to help develop our distributor network in California, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure execution of our commercial strategy at the point of sale.

You will partner with distributors, local accounts, grocery and retail chains, and internal teams to identify opportunities, negotiate plans, and drive growth. Travel to California 50–60% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous professional sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
