Amazon is seeking a smart Instock Specialist to support Subsame Day business in Mexico. You will drive inventory decisions to maximize sales, margin, and turns, and implement controls across inventory systems and processes.

You will develop and execute best practices in sourcing, forecast, CPFR, and replenishment, collaborating with vendors to improve availability and efficiency within a fast-growing market.

Qualificações

• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulae, and data visualization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the annual instock strategic and operational plan for the category, including availability targets (SoROOS), cost-to-serve goals, inventory turns, and inventory health metrics
• Lead CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) strategy at the category level — owning monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecast alignment across the vendor portfolio and ensuring buying input parameters are optimized across all accounts
• Audit and optimize complex forecasting, IPC, and Supply Chain systems to ensure performance within goal/control limits; create long-term category solutions that automate or simplify replenishment and ordering processes
• Identify, manage, and execute multiple medium-to-large supply chain programs that are cross-functional and involve external partners — from CTS roadmap execution to placement optimization to vendor operational performance improvements
