Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or Ruby development.
• Proven expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Strong database design and query optimization with PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server.
• Experience with unit and integration testing and data feed integration.
• Ability to drive platform reliability and participate in an on-call schedule.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and build scalable, highly optimized web applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Design, optimize, and manage complex database schemas to ensure maximum performance and query efficiency.
• Establish robust automated testing suites using unit and integration testing methodologies to guarantee high software quality.
• Develop and maintain reliable data feeds and ingestion pipelines with external partners.
• Ensure near-zero downtime and drive platform reliability by actively participating in an on-call support schedule.
