AgileEngine is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain backend APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. This remote role requires a 4-hour overlap with MDT for LatAm candidates.

You will write clean Rails code against PostgreSQL, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to define API requirements. The position emphasizes API design patterns, Rails best practices, and secure, scalable solutions in a distributed team environment,

Formación

• 3+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• Strong API design patterns and Rails best practices.
• Solid HTTP/JSON data exchange understanding.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Git and collaborative workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Overlap with MDT: LATAM hours; Ukraine MDT overlap requirements.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades
