AgileEngine is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain backend APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. This role is remote with an overlapping 4-hour window for LATAM candidates and MDT, and for Ukraine-based applicants, a minimum 2-hour overlap is required.

You will write clean Rails code against PostgreSQL databases, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to define and fulfill API requirements.

Formación

• 3+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• Strong API design patterns knowledge.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and JSON data structures.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setup.
• Working hours with LATAM overlap with MDT (min 2 hours for some regions).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades
