AgileEngine is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain backend APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. You will write clean Rails code against PostgreSQL, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to define API requirements for existing or new services.

This is a remote role with a 4-hour overlap with MDT for LatAm candidates and additional overlap for Ukraine-based applicants.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong command of API design patterns and Rails best practices.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and JSON data structures.
