You will translate complex product requirements into clean, well-tested code, optimize databases and APIs, and collaborate across teams to ensure robust architecture and efficient deployments. This is a 100% remote, globally distributed opportunity.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or Ruby development.
• Proven expertise in building backend web applications with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong RESTful API development experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Active Record, testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git and cloud deployment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

As a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer, you will drive the development of robust, scalable backend systems to power high-performance web applications. You will serve as a key technical contributor, translating complex product requirements into clean, well-tested code while ensuring optimal system architecture and database efficiency.
